Chinese Proverb

Red Threads:
When a child is born, an invisible red thread reaches out from the child's spirit and connects to all important people who will enter the child's life. As the child grows, the threads shorten, bringing closer those people who are destined to be together.

Waiting and Not Good At It

We are still waiting for a letter from immigration that it is time to be fingerprinted. They cashed the check of course. Every day I run to the mailbox expecting something, but walk back to the house disappointed. I had read about all the delays but held on to hope that it was getting better. They advertise priority handling of paperwork for adoption. If this is priority processing, I could not imagine regular service. I would love some prayers that USCIS speeds along and gets us approved. We are working on authenticating our documents so my the time immigration gets to business the rest of the paperwork will be official and ready to go to China.
