Parent in Process Class

Today we completed the required adoption education to adopt internationally. It was an amazing class that was taught by a lady that was adopted herself from Korea. We learned ways to prepare for adoption and the differences than having a biological child. We had an idea about what changes our son will experience but today we explored in detail his life changes. We also met another couple adopting from China that we will be in contact with to share our journey. This has been a valuable experience for us. It is also another item we can mark complete on the list of paperwork required.
